How do I subscribe to a product?

Before adding the product to your cart, switch the radio button from One-time purchase to Subscribe & Save 10%.

How do I give credit of my purchase to someone?

Enter the name of the person who directed you to us in the How did you hear about us?  section on the Shopping Cart page.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes! We offer 15% off each order for those who served in our Armed Forces or have worked as a first responder. On each product page there is a link to verify your service, after which you will be given a coupon code. There is a separate link for First Responders and Military, but they both offer the same discount. Thank you for your service!

How do I use a coupon code?

After clicking Check Out you will be directed to the payment screen. On the right-hand side, there is an area to enter a gift card or coupon code.


If you have a code that you would like to use on an existing subscription, first, login to your account. On your account page, in the center section, click the Manage Your Subscriptions link. This will direct you out to a page that displays all your subscriptions. If you click the Manage drop down on the right you should see a place to enter your promo code.

How do I make changes or cancel my subscription?

To change the frequency of your delivery, products you are subscribed to, or to cancel your subscription, login to your BrickHouse account via the person-icon on the top right of the page. How much of each product should I take?

Dawn to Dusk: Dawn to Dusk does was designed to provide a smoother, longer lasting effect when compared to coffee or energy drinks, so do no be surprised if you do not feel an initial jolt. Take one or two capsules once daily. Start with one capsule to assess your tolerance. Do not take this product within 6 hours of bedtime. Speak to your healthcare provider about using Dawn to Dusk as a replacement for prescribed medication. Each bottle contains 30 capsules.


Field of Greens: Take 1 Serving (one scoop) and mix with 8oz or more of water, or a beverage of your choice. Treat Field of Greens as a serving of fruits and vegetable. Each bottle contains thirty 10g scoops, however this may fluctuate based on how tightly each scoop is packed.


Foundation: The recommended dose of Foundation is 4 capsules daily, to be taken with water. Consume Foundation as one serving approximately 30-60 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, consume one serving approximately 20-30 minutes prior to breakfast. While you can take Foundation hours before a workout, the added benefit decreases as the time between taking the product and working out increases. Each bottle contains 120 capsules.


Essential Amino Acids: Take one serving (1 scoop) with meals or as directed by your healthcare provider.


Premium Grass Fed Protein: Mix one serving (1 level scoop) with 8-10 ounces of water, milk, milk substitute, or beverage of your choice. Since we do not use any filters in our protein powders, we suggest drinking Athletes Rx Premium Grass Fed Protein with milk or a milk substitute. Consume additional servings thought the day to meet your daily protein requirements. Use in combination with a balanced diet and exercise program.

Are any of your products Informed Choice?

Yes! Foundation, the Premium Grass Fed Protein, and the Essential Amino Acids are all Informed Choice certified while both Dawn to Dusk and Field of Greens are in the review process.

Are your products safe for women and children?

Our products are safe for either gender. While our products are safe for those 18 and under, it is recommended that they are used under parental discretion and supervision, or after consulting your healthcare provider.

I cannot take capsules, can I break apart the Foundation or Dawn to Dusk capsule and eat it?

You may break apart the Foundation capsule and mix it with a beverage to consume, however the Dawn to Dusk ingredients are extremely bitter so it is recommended that you do not break them apart.

Is the Field of Greens gluten, dairy, and soy free?

Yes! The Field of Greens is also vegan/vegetarian certified. One note: all of our products are processed in a facility that may also process ingredients containing milk, eggs, soybeans, shellfish and peanuts.

I’ve noticed some differences in color between by batches of Field of Greens, is this normal?

Color fluctuation is normal. All of our blends will taste slightly different since Field of Greens is made from real food and not a flavored extract. The color really depends on the time of the year it is, but will not affect the nutritional value as all of our batches go through testing to ensure the quality.


How long should my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed same day if ordered before 5 PM EST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 5 PM EST, or anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will not ship until the next business day. US orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days based on where your package is being sent. While First-Class shipping is always free, we also offer the option to pay for Priority shipping.

Please note: The timeliness of parcels to destinations outside the contiguous US may be affected by the limited availability of transportation and actual delivery times may vary.

What is your refund policy?


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at To return your product, you should mail your product to: 777 Cannon Dr. #54760 Hurst, TX 76054. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
