Some of the well-known greens like spinach, kale, and broccoli are rich in phenolic acids, carotenoids, flavanoids, glucosinalates, and vitamins. Sadly, I don't eat enough greens for a couple of reasons, but I love Field of Greens to supplement them. Sometimes I drink a scoop in a 16oz bottle of water (which tastes great), or, I put a scoop in a smoothie. Either way, it's a great and healthy way to supplement your vitamins and minerals if you aren't consuming enough greens in your diet.
